POP Access Settings

To read and send your Business Email from an external email client (such as Eudora or Outlook), you’ll need to configure the incoming (POP) and outgoing (SMTP) server settings. You can usually find these settings in your program’s Tools or Preference menu.
Important: Do not delete your incoming mail settings

If you’re already receiving mail from another mail server (such as mail at your ISP), you’ll need to add a new POP account (sometimes called a “profile” or “personality”). However, if your program allows you to receive mail from only one POP server at a time, be sure to write down your current settings before replacing them.Your Business Email Server Settings
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): pop.bizmail.yahoo.com

Use SSL, port: 995
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com

Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication
Account Name/Username: admin@sharevnn.com
Email address: admin@sharevnn.com
Password: Your Business Mail password

Step2: Go to setting mail box

Step3: Select POP Access and Forwarding

Check your Business Mail email using a POP3 email client or forward it to another email account.
