The first You login to your Adsense Account, click Account Settings, Click on Payment Details [Edit]
And then modify like it:

Choose Form of Payment: Please note that changes to your form of payment must be made by the 15th of the month to affect the current month’s payment cycle.

Click on Continue.

In order to ensure that your Western Union payment is issued properly, please provide us with the proper ordering of your Current Payee Name, shown above. If needed, you may include your middle name or initial with your first name. The names you enter below must match the contents of your Current Payee Name.

1. Payee First Name/Given Name: Your First Name
2. Payee Last Name/Surname/Family Name: Your Last Name

Select: I agree that I have a government issued ID that matches the contact name above.
